SubRadar is operated by Navwis Management ApS. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our subscription tracking service at getsubradar.com.

- Account data: your email address and name when you sign up.
- Subscription data: the subscription names, prices, and renewal dates you enter manually.
- Billing data: payment status and Stripe customer ID. We never store your card details — payments are handled by Stripe.
- Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, and session data collected via Google Analytics.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device type collected automatically.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate the Service.
- To send email reminders about upcoming subscription renewals.
- To process payments and manage your subscription plan.
- To improve the Service based on usage analytics.
- To respond to support requests.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate SubRadar:
- Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data.
- SendGrid — transactional email delivery (reminders and auth emails).
- Vercel — application hosting and infrastructure.
- Google Analytics — anonymous usage analytics. You can opt out via browser extensions.
- Sentry — error monitoring to help us diagnose and fix bugs.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication (session cookies) and analytics (Google Analytics). Authentication cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function. Analytics cookies help us understand how the Service is used.
