Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SubRadar ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Navwis Management ApS ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

SubRadar is a subscription tracking tool that allows users to log recurring payments, receive email reminders before renewal dates, and view spending summaries. We do not access or connect to your bank accounts or payment providers.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free and Pro Plans

SubRadar offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. The free plan allows tracking of up to 5 subscriptions. The Pro plan is billed monthly and provides unlimited subscriptions and additional features. Pricing is listed on the Pricing page.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time via the billing portal. Your access to Pro features will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure, using the Service for illegal purposes, or reverse-engineering any part of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within the Service is owned by Navwis Management ApS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. SubRadar is a tracking tool only — we are not responsible for missed renewals or financial decisions made based on information in the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navwis Management ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
